We’re Skin Masters, a medical aesthetics training academy created by nurses, for nurses (and doctors too). Founded by Nurse Georgi and Nurse Louise, Skin Masters was born from a shared belief that great practitioners deserve great training. The kind that helps you refine your skills, deepen your confidence and continue learning long after your first qualification.

The Story Behind Skin Masters

Our journey started long before the academy. Georgi and Louise met during a nursing placement at Southampton University in 2011 and have been friends ever since. After qualifying, they each went on to build their own successful aesthetic clinics - Sorella Aesthetics in Kent and Secret Skin Aesthetics in Hampshire.

But along the way, they noticed something missing in the industry. Beginner training was easy to find. Advanced, real-world support for already-qualified professionals? Not so much. So they created Skin Masters, to bridge that gap.

Why Skin Masters Exists

We know what it’s like to be on both sides of the needle. We’ve been the beginners, the solo practitioners, the ones trying to grow a business while keeping our standards sky-high. And we know how valuable it is to have a mentor who understands that world.

Meet The Founders

Nurse Georgi, founder of Sorella Aesthetics, has over twelve years of nursing experience and a Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice. Known for her love of skin health and science, she’s passionate about helping others understand not just how to perform a treatment, but why each step matters.

Nurse Louise, founder of Secret Skin Aesthetics, brings the same depth of experience with a Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice and a results-driven, subtle approach to aesthetics. She’s dedicated to mentoring nurses who want to elevate their practice and refine their craft.

Together, they bring a perfect balance of clinical precision and approachable teaching, creating a space where learning feels supportive, not stressful.
