WHAT IS SKIN MASTERS?
Skin Masters is a medical-led training academy built on the belief that great aesthetic practice is rooted in safety, science and strong clinical reasoning - not shortcuts.

Founded by two experienced NHS and aesthetics nurses, the academy was created to support practitioners beyond their initial training. While many courses teach basic techniques, we specialise in developing confident, capable clinicians who can assess, plan and treat patients with precision and professionalism.

From our Hampshire training hub, we work with medical professionals across the region who want to strengthen their skills, improve treatment outcomes and build sustainable, reputable aesthetics clinics. Our sessions reflect real clinical practice - the complexities, the decision-making and the responsibility that comes with treating patients.

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all education. Our approach is personal, evidence-based and focused on helping you grow as a practitioner, not just as an injector.
MEET OUR AESTHETICS NURSES
Skin Masters is led by Nurse Georgi and Nurse Louise, both advanced clinical practitioners with over a decade of experience in medicine and aesthetics.

Nurse Georgi is an independent prescriber with a Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice and extensive training in aesthetics complications management. As co-founder of the Save Face-accredited Sorella Aesthetics, she continues to practise clinically while mentoring other practitioners, combining academic knowledge with real-world application.
​
Nurse Louise is the founder of Secret Skin Aesthetics and a highly regarded mentor within the nursing aesthetics community. With a Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice, she is deeply committed to safe, ethical practice and supporting nurses as they transition and progress within aesthetics.

Together, they lead Skin Masters with the same clinical standards they bring to their own patients - ensuring every trainee receives expert, medically grounded guidance.
